The Eras Tour 2024

Thursday, September 19, 2024

(17AUG24) I have joined the concert tour of the century and it was 100% worth it! Never have I watched a concert that was approximately 4 hours long and sang all of her hit songs. Taylor Swift has really justified her era!

I’m not really a die hard fan (and people would absolutely hate me for saying that I can’t even be called a ‘Swiftie’ ) but I adore her music—like whose teenage girl did not grew up nor can relate to her songs?! The way Taylor Swift dedicated her songs to her ex-lovers has moved and empowered a million people. So hats off to that! It was amazing to witness her tour and so, here’s to share my experience from it!

This might sound like a narrative but all thoughts are of my own ;)

It's BRITNEY,b*tch! (061517)

This was posted on my IG story yesterday afternoon :)

The long wait is over as the pop princess hits the stage at SM Mall of Asia Arena!Well, who wouldn't resist going to a (could be) once in a lifetime show?'Cause this artist has been my childhood favorite before the dawn of my current idols ;) So I didn't mind spending a lot for a lowerbox seat---and of course,it was all worth it! a 9/10 rating for me ❤️

The "V" tour with Maroon 5

Saturday, October 31, 2015

This just arrived so unexpected---that I get to watch Maroon 5 in concert (which i bought the tickets on the last day of August!Haha!) Even if we got our seats slightly elevated,i had fun.It was certainly worth the watch. Thanks to that lucky online seller.Haha :)

The concert was held at SM Mall of Asia Arena last Sept.17,2015. I think it was their third time around to be here and it was awesome. It was also my first time to watch them and pretty much,my first to be in a legit sold-out concert! :0 So I was like,"wow!I never thought a full-house concert would be like this!".Fans got so wild during the whole concert as the band sang most of their hits from their album,"Songs About Jane" until "V". I wasn't able to take a lot of pics but I get to record several clips of their performances..

Here's "Animals" as their opening act.

While here's "Sugar" as their final act. Check out my Youtube page for more Maroon 5 clips!

So basically, this is my view on how far my seat was from the stage.Haha! But it was still worth it since the arena was very elevated. No need for binoculars,I should say.

I hope they'll be back again soon!!

Prismatic World Tour Manila!!

Thursday, May 28, 2015

ahh yesss!touchdown Philippine Arena! And it was just a 45-minute shuttle ride from Trinoma. The area was certainly huge as it was filled with several booths of Katy Perry merchandise (which I will discuss later) and food stalls.

"we just wanna make the world daaance!" Jessie J LIVE in Manila

Wednesday, July 23, 2014

I went to Jessie J's concert at the SMART Araneta Colliseum last July 14 and it was a blast! I did not expect that she would throw up a disco-kind of concert!! :) Her first set would definitely make you stand up even if you're not at the patron to dance near the stage.Haha. I only know the songs that she released but after the concert, I had a lot of new favorites from her. I currently like "Sexy Lady" and "Calling All Hearts" which are part of the first set. Plus,I also started to like "Who You Are" because of the meaningful lyrics of it(I did not even know that it's her song!Haha!).I adore the chorus so much ❤️ it goes: "Don't lose who you are in a blur of the stars.seeing is deceiving, dreaming is believing,it's okay not to be okay.Sometimes it's hard to follow your heart. But tears won't mean you're losing, everybody's bruising, just be true to who you are" ;") I wished I could have taken a video of that performance. However, I have a few clips from the concert (pardon me for the poor and shaky quality). Some of the videos also were taken through my phone so it was really blurry;but I just really have to upload it.

(032013) the Lala Land Experience!

The concert was certainly a must-go!! Indeed, I should have gone for Patron tix instead of Upperbox..-__- I never thought that Demi Lovato could throw out a rock-ass concert so well! If only am a highschool teen now, I could've idolize her then.Haha! Though I started to become a fan of her since she was in "Camp Rock" (back when i was 15 ;p) and then I started to like her more when she released her first album,"Don't Forget".I find her songs awesome even if others thought it was screechy or whatever. She's actually like Kelly Clarkson which I adore the most ;) Anyway, moving on...

The concert was held at the SMART Araneta Coliseum. The show started with a front act by Khalil Ramos. After that, Demi took over the show singing Unbroken as the opening song. The first set of songs were definitely head-banging and i loved it!Haha :)) from Get Back,Here We Go Again to Lala Land..i was like "dammmn!if it isn't my anthem of my favorite songs from her!" ;D Well she sang all of her released songs which is great. And aside from the singing, she did play her instruments such as the guitar and the piano. Here are some pics:

the crowd with their glowsticks!

Unfortunately, most of them are taken from the screen and if not there then it's on stage which is blurry due to my area where i'm seated at (once again,i regret from buying a ticket to the Upperbox -__-).

There's this one song that I currently like by the time she sang it live called "Catch Me".I like the lyrics of it especially the chorus;it reminds me of someone though hihi :> Also, she sang her new single which I really like as well called "Heart Attack" from her upcoming 4th album. Other than that, she performed her own cover of Turn Up The Music by Chris Brown and Rihanna and it was awesome. Here's a clip of the performance:

And for her final act, she sang a medley of Remember December and Give Your Heart A Break.

Ergo, that's how the show ended.Yeah,it gave me a lot of 'if only' 'cause i never really thought that it was that great! ughh,i would've gone to her soundcheck party if only i had no classes anymore,i could've gone for patron instead or buy the m&g package,if only..ughhh,ok quit it now.;/ Anyway, she said that she'll be coming back again..and i absolutely can't wait for it!! Oh and since her show was a blast,i decided to buy a copy of her single debut album,"Heart Attack" which comes with a poster of it. :)

So there ya have it.First concert that i've watched for this year and i loved it!I wonder who'll be next?

'til then!
