The Eras Tour 2024

Thursday, September 19, 2024

(17AUG24) I have joined the concert tour of the century and it was 100% worth it! Never have I watched a concert that was approximately 4 hours long and sang all of her hit songs. Taylor Swift has really justified her era!

I’m not really a die hard fan (and people would absolutely hate me for saying that I can’t even be called a ‘Swiftie’ ) but I adore her music—like whose teenage girl did not grew up nor can relate to her songs?! The way Taylor Swift dedicated her songs to her ex-lovers has moved and empowered a million people. So hats off to that! It was amazing to witness her tour and so, here’s to share my experience from it!

This might sound like a narrative but all thoughts are of my own ;)

SMART x BinJin

Saturday, August 8, 2020

Despite reliving old updates, re-watching BinJin projects and having a merchandise spree(which I'll be posting soon!), BinJin nation has been experiencing drought for the past few weeks. Yet recently, almost the entire world got whipped as SMART telecom dropped the bomb of having Son Yejin as its newest endorser 🖤 Well, I know it's just a commercial film (CF) but the mere fact that she and Hyun Bin are on the same page once more is definitely brewing something!

This is my appreciation post to SMART for choosing BinJin as their product models that somehow became a bridge to make them work together for another time.🥰 And of course, this entry will include a continuation of my own BinJin speculations from ze previous post (by demand! Many thanks again to everyone who have read it 🖤). So, are we getting close to hear the real deal? ;)

10/10: Crash Landing On You

Sunday, April 5, 2020

Disclaimer: All thoughts are of my own.

I hope everyone’s safe in this time of a pandemic! Let us follow the quarantine policies of our country to end the spread of COVID19. It does get boring to be on house arrest for quite a while whereas for me, working in the hospital has been very stressful with a 50:50 chance of getting the strain ;( Understaffed, lack of supplies and the increasing number of affected patients---so please STAY AT HOME.Take the opportunity to rest and may we all pray for better days ✨

Honestly, my whole March hasn't really been good having some travel plans cancelled and other personal issues.Hence, in order to divert myself from such misery, I went 'Netflix and chill' on my break and one of the shows that I end up watching is "Crash Landing On You".

NB:I rarely watch K-dramas as I find it cheesy/'pabebe';
Majority of my friends and family strongly urged me to see this show and at first, I was disgusted that I vowed not to watch it as it was very mainstream. I just even asked for the full plot-all spoilers which I found interesting. So once upon a miserable day, I gave in to watch the series---and they have captured my heart. ;p

10/10 Aladdin

Written on 22/05/19.All thoughts are of my own :)

I watched the movie at Vue Bromley which I highly recommend besides the cinemas at Leicester Square. The place is clean and not crowded plus the price is more affordable with recliner seats.👍🏻

#2018Recap

Monday, December 31, 2018

Let me just say, that my year was filled with a lot of plot twists. I have revisited some Asian countries and had situations that I never thought would happen.Though I became idle for the second half, I didn't find it regretful as I was able to spend more time with my family and friends before leaping to the next step of my career. We all deserve to take a break once in a while; in fact, my lax months kept me busy besides gym and travelling. ;) So here are my top 10 moments that I’d loved to repeat all over again.

8/10: Bohemian Rhapsody

Wednesday, December 5, 2018

All thoughts are of my own. I just decided to try doing a movie review for a change aside from the need to enhance my writing skills ;) Perhaps I'll make another one soon after this.

#WhenInTHAI (part 1)

Wednesday, August 1, 2018

I'm back,Suvarnabhumi Airport! I arrived in the afternoon and it was HOT---hotter than in Manila.

It was quite unexpected that I have planned to go back in Thailand after 10 years
. Yes, I have been there in 2008 and honestly me and my family did not enjoy for the reason that several mishaps had occurred during our stay (let alone, my mom's wallet got stolen in a 5-star hotel). Eversince then, we all have a mindset of not going back there until suddenly,a couple of things made me change my view about it. Thai culture has become popular nowadays based on travel blogs that I read and most of all, I became a big supporter of their former beauty queen, Maria Poonlertlarp. I have mentioned her in some of my previous posts from this year and by that time,I started to plan of visiting Bangkok again with the hope of meeting her someday. Yet, it was hard persuading my parents to let me travel there until miraculously, they have allowed me to do so. Y'all might wonder how but lets just say that I've chosen this trip over a multi-city tour to somewhere. That could have been my first but since the cost was so extreme (and I believe that I will be settling near there soon), I decided to push through with my Asian travels (and goals!Haha) instead.
And so,touchdown Bangkok for the second time! In this part, I will be talking about my activities apart from the tour that I've joined and how I met Maria P.❤️

(040218) "Will you be my WITNESS?"

Tuesday, April 10, 2018

I have never thought that I will STILL have the chance to watch Katy Perry inspite my very busy schedule ('career burnouts' perhaps); In fact, I was quite decided that I might really miss her concert this time 'cause I honestly couldn't afford the tickets even if i can save money for it after being on sale 5 months ago(yep, buying concert tickets on the first day is not my thing. I usually buy when it's about to be sold out!Haha!). I even slashed my idea of trying to get an M&G pass 'cause I'm losing my chances of purchasing a ticket.I joined several online contests as well but it brought me no luck. ;( Yet, coincidentally my day off from work landed on a Monday (April 2nd) since I was assigned to work during the Lenten holidays. So that whole time got me thinking: "should I go to her concert?"
Pardon me for a long foreword before I tell about the entire concert. This just means so much to me that in my language, it was 'biglaan at its finest'.Haha! Anyway, I already have my own duties on that day and none of it was to go to the concert. But apparently that time, I was scrolling for updates on the KatyCats' group until I saw people selling their tickets for a very cheap price!

I even posted my thoughts on Twitter that moment as I felt sick of having second thoughts of going to the event. However, I couldn't bring myself to pack my gym stuff anymore so my decision: I CANNOT MISS THIS CONCERT. To my mind, it'll be another 3yrs before she comes back here again so I'd go for it and tried to bargain the ticket.(nope,i didn't take that 7K offer.I bought it from someone else and I settled for a lowerbox A seat).I took the risk of commuting from my hometown to Mall of Asia for the first time alone and when I got there to meet the seller, I was shookt when he suddenly said "Miss,VIP nalang tong kunin mo ha" and from there I was somewhat out of my mind,I had another second thought that this might be a scam or something--but it's NOT!as in,oh my gosh...I'm gonna see Katy up front!!

I was so close from crying as it happened too fast; rather, medyo nawala lang ako sa sarili.Haha I'm not prepared!! But definitely,I have to enjoy this opportunity and thus, here we go with the concert proper! ;D

It's BRITNEY,b*tch! (061517)

Friday, June 16, 2017

This was posted on my IG story yesterday afternoon :)

The long wait is over as the pop princess hits the stage at SM Mall of Asia Arena!Well, who wouldn't resist going to a (could be) once in a lifetime show?'Cause this artist has been my childhood favorite before the dawn of my current idols ;) So I didn't mind spending a lot for a lowerbox seat---and of course,it was all worth it! a 9/10 rating for me ❤️

Greysessed duties for "Fifty Shades of Grey"

Wednesday, February 25, 2015

Yesss after 3 years of waiting, one of my fav novels made it to the big screen!! Well I got to admit that I had a break from being Greysessed for years since I got hooked on the Crossfire series; But I still have a big big heart for my dear Christian Grey.❤️ Going back to last year when the trailer came out,I was so excited that I cannot contain my feels anymore---like I needed an emergency flight to America if this won't be shown in the Philippines (yet thankfully,it did). So yeah, I watched it twice because I couldn't wait any longer for the blockscreening last Feb.15.Hahaha! That's why I first watched it on the second day of premiere last Feb. 12.I watched it with my mom who wasn't really aware of the erotic story and I can't believe she liked it at the end!In fact she's more obsessed than I am now as she watched it thrice and reads the books.See how Christian Grey's impact goes for the women...sigh ❤️

Katy Perry-ing for a Week.

Tuesday, February 10, 2015

My fangirl-ing over Katy Perry is backkk!!---well,it's not that I stopped idolizing her but my fangirl moments seem to lessen during my college years. I rarely follow my idols' events since then and I only buy their new albums just to keep updated on them. Though now that I can handle my own time, I'm glad to be back as an active KatyCat, a Clarksonator (for Kelly Clarkson) and a Carebear (for Carrie Underwood). But let me dedicate this post to Katy Perry first since I've been so amazed on her eversince I've watched her Superbowl Halftime performance.

*credit: GossipCop.com ** I repeated this video for like 3 times 'cause it was really awesome!I love every part of it especially the "Dark Horse" (damnnn those LED floor effects ❤️) and of course, "California Girls". Who wouldn't forget the left shark dancer?Haha!
And moments after that, the tickets prices for her concert got released! She'll be the first artist to have a concert at The Philippine Arena on May 07,2015.

Tickets go on sale by Feb.13.I hope she brings that huge tiger for "Roar" ;))

Then recently, she had her new Covergirl commercial..easy,breezy,beautiful❤️

I spazzed when I saw this as a commercial while watching the Grammy's via Facetime from New York. I hope it shows in Philippine tv too, lol. Anyhow, check out the CoverGirl playlist in youtube for more of her makeup vids.
So as I was saying, I watched the Grammy's this morning (Manila time) and aside from Sam Smith as this year's big winner, I could never forget Katy's performance of "By The Grace of God". They say it's for domestic violence and it surely fits the song.

So that's how my fangirl feels went for now.Hahaha.I bet it doesn't stop there.Perhaps I'll feature my other 2 idols next time :)
'til then!

(#3) The Petite Trends: During the Holidays..

Monday, January 19, 2015

Finally,a first entry for the year!Sorry it took long, my pc got malfunctioned last time so I wasn't able to blog then. But I'll make it up for this!I've been to a lot during the holiday season and these past few days of January.I spent the Christmas day in a private resort at Laguna while on New year's day,we went ramenized on Ramen Nagi at SM Aura Premier. I really like that ramen place so much; I customize my butao king with a spicy grade of 1. You guys should try it! It's perfect for the cold weather lately :)

Here was the outfit that I wore during the festive season.Paring a blazer with shorts has become a casual trend--like yes,it isn't just for a corporate outfit anymore! Some people also wear it during club parties already. But of course you need to choose the style that doesn't look very business-like if you're gonna use it in a club. I bought mine at Forever21 and indeed, they have several designs of blazers there. I'll post another style of it on instagram :D

Here's another occasion that I wore it which was during my friend's party.

#2014 Memories

Wednesday, December 31, 2014

Words can't explain how much this year has been well-achieved and a success. It has been a year of teary-eyed moments, goals achieved and of course,"I never thought of..." events ;") So here it goes!

MY 2014 TOP 100 SONGS

Tuesday, December 30, 2014

What's your 2014 playlist?

The things that I've looked forward to.

Friday, October 31, 2014

My apologies for taking too long to post another entry this month. Like I said last time, I became busy with my training to the hospital that I applied to. I had my first 2 days of duty last Mon-Tues and it was good :) I was assigned in an Onco-Surgical ward. It was my first time to handle cancer patients as well---and a first time to handle foreign patients! But as a trainee and a first timer, all I did during the shift were clerk work.Though sometimes I get to assist my mentor staff with the procedures. So there goes my #dutyduties experience for now. My next training will be around next month so currently, I'm on a break ;D

Anyhow,I was still able to witness the things that I've been looking forward to inspite of the busyness in training.

Parties with my 2 favorites

Sunday, August 31, 2014

I've been attending events for the past 2 weeks and I'm so overwhelmed that each of it was with my favorites ❤️ My whole month of August has become so much fun and fearless at the same time! Fearless as I took my IV Therapy training at Capitol Medical Center and it went well. I hated IV injections and I was even so scared to be pricked by it.Yet I suddenly overcome my fears at it as my partner on the training pricked me twice! Hahaha :)) My veins on my hands were quite hard to detect that's why the nurse supervisor suggested to prick me on both hands. I did not mind about it,though. I took it as an experience and went fine. Nonetheless, I look forward to more of my RN trainings soon! :D "let the right job arrive to you on the right moment. #notetoself"

(072614) Vios Cup Race 2!

Tuesday, August 5, 2014

Me and my family spent the weekend at Clark, Pampanga where we watched the Vios Cup Race 2 at Clark Speedway. It was my first time to watch a race car competition and I never thought this would be fun! Although what makes it more fun was that my favorite is part of the race!Haha :) But I really do enjoyed the event even if I'm not a fan of cars.Yet I'm quite familiar with the Vios as I've been attending several Toyota events since last year.

(111013)The Grease Experience

Friday, December 6, 2013

wella-wella-wella-huh tell me more,tell me more…❤️
I watched Grease with my grandma at the RCBC Plaza,Makati.Good thing I was able to watch it on the second day as the tickets were really selling fast! I was supposed to watch it again with my cousins last Dec.1 but the show on that date was almost sold out.So yes,too bad -__- but at least I get to watch it earlier and it was definitely worth it! :)

Yayy for an orchestra front seat! :D Not to mention,we were seated in front of the speakers.Hahaha.

Here I was on the Grease seat outside the theatre! :)

Then this was the cake everyone's been talking about during the first day of the show.Tho just like them,I hope this one's real and edible!haha. :)) The cake was courtesy of Kink Cakes

These are the two refreshments that I tasted during the intermission of the play.Indeed, this is my first time to watch a play with free drinks! They're not just two drinks actually; They're four of them but I wasn't able to try the other 2.The ones above are Pink Ladies Cocktail and Chocolate Mudshake. The other that I didn't try were T-Bird's Blue Lemonade and Rainbow Shot(which contains vodka and it really looks cute!I wanted to try it before but eventually,it ran out of stock that time.).
So the whole play was AMAZING! I wasn't really familiar with all of the cast but I did find them awesome as well. Sandy was played by Francheska Farr while Danny Zuko was played by Gian Magdangal. One of my favorite scenes there was when they all sang "Grease is The Word";their dance moves is making me feel stoked! There was a scene on the play wherein there's an audience participation in it as the cast taught them to dance "We Go Together". I wanted to join and dance with Carla D. but unfortunately, she was on the other side…so wag nalang. LOL! Well anyway,I was very very happy to meet her again after the play!!(PS: she gave me a hug omgggg!!) ❤️ Although she was in a rush that time because she was on her way for the videoshoot of Spongecola's video,"Kailangan Kita". :)
I also get to meet the other cast as well!! Like Rafa Siguion-Reyna,Jennifer Blair Bianco, and James Laurel (who was that night's Teen Angel). I even get to meet Tirso Cruz III since my grandma have worked with him on showbiz before. However, our picture wasn't exactly taken just like what happened before to me and Sam YG.hmmppph! -__- At least I had a picture again with my favorite Carla D.haha ;D Check out my facebook for my other pictures.
Annddd that's a wrap!I look forward to watch another musical play soon.Yet,this one's definitely unforgettable ;) ❤️
'til then!

i will love you..UNCONDITIONALLY.❤️

Wednesday, November 20, 2013

Check out this new single from Katy Perry! :)

I like this video more than "Roar" tho and I like the video more than the song, itself :) I remember one time when I was listening a morning radio show,a DJ made a review about it saying that Katy Perry had a different way of syllabicating the word,"Unconditionally". Like, she pronounced it as "UNCON-DITION-ALLY" instead of "UN-CON-DI-TIONALLY".Either way,it's still a good meaningful song. You guys should buy her new album,Prism. :)

Ze birthmonth adventure.:)

Friday, November 1, 2013

I was supposed to post this last week but suddenly, shit happened in school. It almost came to a point that I won't be able to take my subjects for next sem which was horrible. So all throughout the week, I was so depressed that I even felt like I'm about to have a heart attack then as I thought of the possible remediation. But as we had another chance of re-taking our finals,I fortunately made it. :') Words can't explain but during that time,I really wanted to cry after all those tensions and sleepless nights!!Yet at the end of that day,I gave my full gratitude to my parents who has supported me all along. And most of all,to the Lord. 0:') So that ends 1st sem!Time to relax and rejuvenate in this very short sembreak aka time to YOLO! I've been actually catching up with my favorite tv series at home lately---Suits and New Girl.❤️ Plus,i'm back to reading "Entwined With You"(yes,it's been a while from my Crossfire feels.Haha).Everything seems doing pretty well.

Here goes some blog-worthy narratives.Anyway, this month is actually my birthmonth! :D All throughout has been very busy and surprising,I should say.The surprises started to flow during the last week of September(specifically,09/27) where me and my family went to Eastwood for the Beer Festival.Happily, I met Sam YG there once again since he's hosting the event! :"> But unfortunately, I had no pic with him 'cause my brother wasn't able to take it on the camera.hmppph.Either way,it was nice talking to him then ;D
The week after that,my parents finally gave me a Samsung S4 as a birthday gift! :') Then came Saturday(1005) which was my birthday and I celebrated it at URBN. I was with my #crew friends plus Jojo the love survivor of 'Boys Night Out',Dj Tonytoni, and Anjie&Vikas Gogna(Sam YG's siblings).

My crazy crew gave me a 'Fifty Shades'/radio-inspired cake and a birthday plaque.omggg yes, they're definitely the best.❤️

However,it was a bad thing that I got drunk early that night so i sadly wasn't able to talk with the other guests..i truly hate myself for that ;(( Yet, i cannot believe i just had my birthday with some of my favorites. So once again,i thank the lord for making this possible :')
The following weeks after that,I ended up being busy with the schoolwork and hospital duties.Aaaanddd there ya have it!I'll try to post more before this very short break ends,'kay? ;)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
'til then!
