This girl has been so pre-occupied with her chibiarts that she forgot about her blog. Lol, my apologies! 🙈 My blogdrafts have been on queue since I finished my previous entry but apparently, I was really busy with work as usual; Oftentimes, I take my artworks as a form of ARTherapy during my days off. There were a lot of BinJin inspos from their new contents so my urge to draw out of my random box went endless 😝
So in the meantime, here's a filler blog entry about the past 2 events from the fandom's twitter hub. February's #SuitFitCupid was about creating CLOY/BinJin contents from song lyrics/movie prompts suggested by fellow fans while March' #CLOYCYCLE took down memory lane of previous tweets based on the prompts per day. I got to say that the first event was more challenging for depicting artworks from dialogues. Though I'm glad my BinJin chibis were able to pull through some of it! Special thanks again to @cloysauce for always organizing such events. These truly keeps the CLOY/BinJin fandom alive 🖤
#SUITFITCUPID: a thread
I would definitely choose to make something out of my other stan/idol. I'm soo glad somebody somebody had thought of this! 💓 Hence, here's Katy Beth Terry stumbling into CLOY episode 7 where RJH was confined in the hospital. I even need to re-watch the TGIF music video to get some inspiration for this ^.^ Moreso, click here to see the short fmv of it made by @binjinareclowns . I seem to liked everyone who made use of this prompt. Haha!
D-4: "I love you 3000!" (The Avengers-Endgame, 2019)
Again, I had to do this prompt for the love of my dear Tony Stark. Ironman is my fav superhero that it still pains me to watch that finale! 😢 Anyway, the whole process was kinda tricky because of Jeong Hyeok's outfit transitions. The idea came from CLOY episode 6 where he got shot while saving Seri from the bullet. I'm proud with the art's outcome and I'm glad that many people like it as well 🖤

My first idea was to do a soju scene spin-off if I would derive it from the lyrics but back in those days, the latest SeriHawky episode and one of the CLOY script translations by @binjinfeed got me visualizing of their similar eating etiquettes. So, that happened 💖 This is from CLOY episode 12 where they had grilled meat session at Yoon Seri's crib and based on the script, the way Seri fed Hyeoki is an adlib 🥺💓 While the former was from SeriHawky's episode 63 where Hawky tried to feed Serione some beef soup. Indeed, we gotta praise two adorable couples from a fan fic and a tv series 🖤

First ever chibi-food art collaboration 🖤 Check out @bujoandbakes for some creative arts and pastries. Grace really did a great job in drawing my chibiart to her lemon cake. How I wish I could have a sample of it! It was roughly 3 weeks of planning while I was going back here in Londres that time 😢 A fun fact was that, I sketched the draft while I was on the plane!Haha. I have actually been drawing during my 7hr-flight from Dubai to London as I had slept enough on the first ride. This was the famous bicycle ride from episode 4 and the I'm happy that Dooly looked cute here despite how challenging it was to do the background. The field of dandelions was way lookin' better on the cake!

D-1: my first contribution to the fandom/ first artwork for a CLOY event
-my BinJin Graphics Collection in which I had a mini heart attack recently 'cause I accidentally deleted some of my past graphics while doing my own timeline cleanse 🥲 I know, it was dumb for me to not know that the whole thread will be deleted if the first post is removed. Ughhh! So I just re-uploaded some of them instead. The graphics are so precious to me as it's the first leap of how BinJin resurrected my creativity 😅 I will find time to create more of these alongside chibiarts. ^^
- And doing BinJin graphics has never been more fun until #CLOYtober began which is the first CLOY event that I've joined. Check out all my entries here. 🖤 Throwback to the days where I have to brainstorm a content out of a next day prompt for almost the whole October. Haha!
D-2: my current work-in-progress
Introducing my random chibiarts collage edition based from BinJin's yearly contents. I have released the 2019 saga so I'll be working on the 2020 version soon. Making a triple chibiart can be very tiring yet fun! The detailing is usually the difficult part. Likewise, this is inspired from Yejinhand's 'Great Wall of Hyun Bin' hoping and praying desperately that she'll post a selca with her good person someday. Oh please! 💓
D-3: the most difficult artwork- I admit, all of my chibiarts had its own level of difficulty based on detail. Yet, the hardest I've ever done by far would be "Yejin's Birthday Unboxing 101". It took me 4 days to complete with a thorough research of her gifts!
I love the fact that after this happened, I have been receiving commissions and requests similar to this art ☺️ I truly enjoy learning how to ink small details in both food and other objects.
D-4: Art inspired by another creator. Among the awesome fics that I have read from my fandom friends, it's Landing In Your Inbox" by @cloysauce that I often create a visual for. I honestly just tried once to draw it from one of its earlier episodes and as it went on, I had received requests to animate some of its pivotal scenes! The way she writes this CLOY-inspired story is full of wit and fluff which totally led me to bring her characters to life. Since then, SeriHawky became one of the popular BinJin character tandems 🖤 Here was one of my superr fav scenes.
D-5: My first dooly art//An art that is very dear to me

While this Netflix Japan-inspired art on Pepero Day has been very dear to me as my first impromptu (Part of my drawing style is only to take outfit inspos then the choreography's care of me ^.^). And I love how they both looked like here! 🖤
D-6: My Fav CLOY Scene. Since I don't have chibi version of the soju, movie and Swiss kiss scene yet, I offer this hospital scar scene first which was requested by Fleur (@yejinbeann) 😅 I can't help to replay this scene whenever I rewatch the show! And I'm inlove with its behind the scenes clip--damnn, BinJin acted so natural there. In addition to that, I finished inking this in the plane too! 😆
D-7 (WILDCARD): Hit Art. It's supposed to be a struggled meme or tweet but I don't remember having my own! Hahaha. 😝
This golf art was my account's milestone for reaching a multitude of engagements. Firstly, I did not expect this to happen! 🥺 I just really arrived with this idea after a few days' calm from screaming that "damnnn BINJIN IS DATING FOR REAL". Outfit inspos are from their Dispatch pics and the rest is imaginary from the way the article described how the couple played golf. ;D

D-9: An art that I didn't expect to blow up.
It was kinda out of context for me to release this on Chinese New Year but I couldn't help it! Haha. This was the time that I kept swooning over Hyun Bin's Under Armour photoshoot. Yejin's outfit was from her Manyo vegan ad. The art came in 2 drafts having the first one being erroneous the moment that I began to ink them 😑 At the end, I had to re-do some parts with Binnie having an outfit change instead!

I have been a fan girl of my fav singers by attending concerts, fan events and buy merch but never have I tried sending them gifts! I now went high above my fan girl meter of contributing for fan projects that I didn't expect it to occur frequently. Though on hindsight, I did not mind it as long as it paves a way to show love to them ☺️ Thus, shipping a loveteam means double the expense!Haha. Not only that but there are certainly a lot of good finds from Kdrama merch and their product endorsements! In short, just check out my BinJin Budol Thread 🙈
