After 342463 years, our department in the hospital finally pushed through on our team building (even for just a day!) We were divided into 2 since the ER cannot be covered by other special areas; I was part of the 2nd batch and our mini outing was held at Bakasyunan, Tanay. It was a 2hr-bus ride from TMC and unfortunately, there was a heavy downpour that time---but that didn't stop the fun spirit ;) The rain ceased a little when we got there due to the highest peak of the place. Pretty much, the venue offers a variety of recreational activities suitable for company outings whether it is for a day tour or an overnight stay.
Besides that,there are several spots which are worth taking pictures for! Consider the design of their entrance to the infinity pool.
I believe our facilitator bought the resort's team building package for the outing and it consists of 8 games. We were divided into 4 groups and there is an instructor who gives directions and points per task. Of course, all of it took a lot of group effort to win each game even if it was just a simple "rock,paper,scissors".Haha! Here are some of the games we played..
You could also rent a room if you wish to stay overnight. The one we rented for our bags to be kept had about 6 beds and 4 bathrooms :)
